03. Leads



When coming to the portal to enter potential client information into the system, Leads is your first stop. Every potential client starts as a lead. Once they have been a lead and you qualify them, then they convert to an account/contact

If the information is not required, we ask that you fill out as much as you know, and as you learn more about your potential that new information needs to be entered in. The more we know, the better the sale will go

At the bottom of the page, you will see the field attachments, this is for any documents relating to that lead. These attachments will follow through when your potential becomes a contact.

If you have met with your lead and you feel as they are qualified and ready to move to the next phase in the sales journey, you are going to convert them

When you click on edit lead



And scroll to the bottom of the page


You will find the convert checkbox, click this box and hit the submit button

Ignore this screen when you see it



Your lead has now been converted to an account.
